Available in Classes 1 to 6. We also offer dedicated guardrail systems for carparks if that’s your requirement.
Double Height Warehouse Guardrail (40kN)
Two-rail protection for higher-risk zones: increased coverage height for forklift mast and load impact around racking, machinery, and busy internal traffic aisles.
240kN Single Height Top Mount

A warehouse guardrail is a heavy-duty safety barrier system installed in warehouses, distribution centres, and industrial sites to physically protect pedestrian walkways, pallet racking, loading docks, and machinery from forklift and vehicle collisions. Kwik-Guard® is designed specifically to withstand impacts in high-traffic warehouse environments.
They create a hard physical separation between moving plant and people. Energy-absorbing posts and W-beam rails redirect impact away from pedestrian walkways, so a forklift strike is contained by the barrier instead of reaching a worker, a rack leg, or a doorway.
Single height (30kN) uses one rail and suits standard racking protection, walkway separation, and perimeter traffic management. Double height (40kN) adds a second rail for greater coverage height and higher impact resistance in high-risk zones such as busy internal traffic aisles and machinery surrounds.
