In one of the fastest growing industrial areas of Sydney, the Sydney Business Park at Marsden Park, Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) have recently successfully completed another sophisticated warehouse for pharmaceutical tenant API (Australian Pharmaceutical Industries). The purpose of this 23,615m2 multi-chamber, temperature-controlled facility is to store and distribute pharmaceutical and retail products.
The nature of the products called for a high-security approach to securing the premises. Summit Fencing worked with RCC to deliver the high security palisade fencing and gates required, as well as service and storage enclosures.
