The Kwik-Guard® Class 3 single height guardrail with forward-facing handrail meets the 30kN impact load specified in AS/NSZ 1170:1 Structural Design Actions. It is tough, lightweight, and easy to install. Once you’ve completed the installation process correctly, the maintenance requirements will be minimal. The guardrail ensures effective pedestrian protection, even in high-traffic areas. Its ability to withstand intense impact is guaranteed.
Design
The single height guardrail (1000mm) with forward-facing handrail is tall enough to protect pedestrians and properties in the case of a collision. The height is sufficient to withstand the impact of most commercial vehicles. Handrail is incorporated in the design to maximise convenience and further increase the practical appeal of this pedestrian fencing solution.
